Matt Cartwright
Matt Cartwright is a Fellow of the Institute for Learning Professionals and is the Founder and Executive Director of Professional Facilitators Australia. He draws on over 25 years’ experience and qualifications in coaching, group facilitation, management, business, HRM, project management, quality management, team management systems, Lean Six-Sigma, Team STEPPS, community engagement, workplace training, mental health, healthcare and government administration.
His facilitation experience dates back to 1991, traverses sectors across government, energy, mining, construction, engineering, education, hospitality, healthcare, finance, automotive, manufacturing, food, community services, information communications technology, small business, not for profit, welfare and human resources.
He has been a state and commonwealth executive, held senior corporate roles and worked for three universities. He has managed large multi-professional project teams, virtual teams and intersectoral projects. He has published research, presented at national and international events and received national and international awards for innovation.
